The Sally C. Chamberlain Scholarship was established by Ms. Chamberlain to offer encouragement funding for women seeking to renew or resume academic work for credit towards career employment or advancement, for example, those who have experienced interruptions in their post-secondary education and want to resume their studies. The scholarship aids women who, through education, are making changes, seeking to advance in current careers, or reentering the workforce.

- Enrolled at least half-time (6 or more credits per term) for the 2024-25 academic year- Female student having completed at least 15 credits toward an associate or bachelor’s degree by the end of Spring Term 2024- Attending an accredited college or university located in Pennsylvania- Permanent resident of Cumberland, Dauphin, or Perry County or Northern York School District- Demonstrated academic achievement with at least a 2.90 GPA- Demonstrated financial need
