This scholarship is awarded to Mendocino County high school graduates with financial need; have a weighted 2.0 - 3.5-GPA; have demonstrated through the arts, sports, community service, extracurricular activities, or their employment history determination and a willingness to work hard in and out of school; and who plan to attend an accredited and/or licensed vocational school, community college, or four-year college or university.
