The Thelma Orr scholarship is a scholarship granted by the MyMichigan Medical Center Alpena Volunteer Services department. It offers two $1,500 scholarships for students pursuing a course of study related to human medicine at any state accredited Michigan college or university.

- Be a resident of the following Michigan counties: Alpena, Alcona, Iosco, Montmorency, Oscoda or Presque Isle- Be a second year or beyond student enrolled in a human medicine related field- Be enrolled in an accredited Michigan college or university- Not have received the scholarship previously- The Scholarship Committee may request an interview with the applicant
