The Thomas E. Given Family Scholarship supports Sidney High School seniors residing in Shelby County who demonstrate financial need, academic ability, leadership, and strong character. This scholarship aims to assist students in pursuing further education at technical schools, colleges, or universities.

• Sidney High School senior who resides within Shelby County. Must be enrolling in a technical school, college or university.
• Selection based upon: Financial need, academic ability, leadership and character as evidenced by community and school service and recommendations.
