This scholarship was established in 2012 by Timothy K. Driggers to provide for the funding of an annual undergraduate award used toward tuition and/or fees of an incoming freshman student from Elba High School (Elba, Alabama).

• Student must have a minimum 23 ACT and at least a 3.0 GPA.
• Preference will be given to Accounting majors, then Business majors, and then any major.
• In the event that no student(s) from Elba High School apply or meet the above criteria, students from any high school in Coffee County who meet the other criteria will be considered.
