The USA Honors College Spirit of Service Scholarship is more than just a form of financial aid; it is a chance to truly engage in your university life. Recipients of this scholarship work with new and current students and their families, university departments, as well as student organizations, in a variety of ways. Whether working on projects independently or together with a team, the primary role of an Ambassador is to assist in introducing the USA Honors College to prospective students, engaging in projects to improve student life, and working together with the university in a community setting.

We know that relationships on the college campus matter. Peer relationships can build the feeling of belonging that is critical to persistence in college.

• For returning students, this scholarship provides a one-time scholarship to serve as peer mentors for incoming and current students and USA Honors College Ambassadors for Community Engagement. These awards will be $2000 per student.
