The Vertex Foundation Scholarship Program helps eligible students affected by cystic fibrosis (CF) and their immediate family members or caregivers afford college. Scholarships of $5,000 each are awarded to students pursuing two-year, four-year or graduate degrees across the United States and Canada.

• You must be a U.S. or Canadian citizen or legal permanent resident, and you must either be diagnosed with CF or be an immediate family member* or caregiver of someone diagnosed with CF.
• High school seniors, students in their final year of upper/higher secondary school, current technical or college/university undergraduates and current graduate students are all eligible to apply, as you are enrolled in undergraduate or graduate study at an accredited school next year.
• Awards are not renewable, but you may apply each year that you meet eligibility requirements.
