This scholarship was established to provide an annual tuition award to a rising sophomore student at the University of South Alabama who demonstrates solid academic achievement and has declared a major in Computer and Information Science.

• Student must be a full-time student in the School of Computing
• Student must have a declared major in Computer and Information Sciences
• Student must be a rising sophomore.
