Description

The Wendy Hultsman New American University Scholarship was developed to provide financial support to students pursuing the Special Event Management Certificate in the School of Community Resources and Development.

Dr. Wendy Hultsman was on the faculty for 28.5 years before retiring in 2018.

Eligibility

  • Minimum GPA: 3.00

  • Enrollment status: Full-time, 3/4 time, 1/2 time, Less than 1/2 time

  • Location: Downtown Phoenix, Polytechnic, Tempe, West Valley

Additional criteria:

  • Recipient shall be a student enrolled in the Special Event Management Certificate program in the School of Community Resources and Development
  • Completed PRM 486: Special Events Management course
  • Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Complete a personal vision statement of no more than 500 words that demonstrate a commitment to and a promise for a professional career in the field of Special Event Management
