The Winthrop M Hallett, III Free Enterprise Scholarship Endowment was established in September 2013 by the Mobile Area of Commerce Foundation Inc. The purpose of this scholarship is to provide financial assistance to freshman level students within the USA Mitchell College of Business.

• Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 High School GPA and a minimum 23 ACT /SAT equivalent. Preference shall be given to those with an entrepreneurship concentration.
• *Please note, the recipient of this scholarship is expected to attend the Annual Mitchell College of Business Scholars Dinner.*
