This scholarship is awarded to a female graduate of a Ukiah area high school who is a first-generation college student (neither parent may have attended either a 2- or 4-year college or university) with financial need and demonstrate academic potential, who intends to pursue a course of study at an accredited and/or licensed vocational school, community college, or four-year college or university.
